Update on suspension

On 9 December 2008 the Company's shares were suspended from trading on AIM as they would not have been available by 31 December 2008. At the time, the Zyzygy directors were hoping that the Company's accounts would be available by the end of January 2009. The accounts are still not available.

The Company currently has limited cash resurces and had been expecting additional funds to be made available by a shareholder. These funds have not, as yet, been forthcoming and a further statement will be made once the Company's financial position has been clarified.
