Posting of Shareholder Circular and Annual Report & Accounts

Further to the announcement dated 6 March 2009 in which the Directors stated that Norwood had agreed to sell Bestewil, Norwood announces that the circular setting out the details of the Disposal and the Notice of EGM has today been posted to Shareholders.

Further, Norwood is pleased to announce that the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2008 have also today been posted together with the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting. The Directors expect that suspension of the trading of the Company's Ordinary Shares will be lifted with effect from 08.00 a.m. on 10 March 2009.
