SPEARHEAD LIMITED INC (the 'COMPANY')

UPGRADES TO TIER 4 LISTING ON OVER THE COUNTER MARKET IN THE UNITED STATES ('OTC')

The Company is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed its Admission Application and has been upgraded to a Tier 4 listing on the over-the-counter market ('OTC') operated by Pink OTC Markets Inc. in the United States.

As previously announced, the Company's shares cease trading on AIM from 7.00 a.m. on Monday 16 February 2009 and the admission to trading on AIM will be cancelled from 7.00 a.m. on Tuesday 17 March.

Shareholders can trade their shares through their brokers and get more information regarding the Company by going to www.pinksheets.com and entering the symbol 'SPHE.'
