BOARD CHANGE

NeutraHealth plc, one of the UK's leading vitamin & supplement companies, today announces the following changes to the Company's Board. 

Following the closure of the Bristol operations at the end of 2008, Executive director Mr Ron Stagg has chosen to step down from the Board. This coincides with the payment of the final deferred consideration to Mr Stagg and others for the purchase of Brunel Healthcare Limited in January 2007. 

At the same time Mr Zulfi Hydari, a Non-executive Director, has indicated his desire to step down from the Board due to other work commitments.

Both of these changes are with immediate effect.

Ray Myers, Chief Executive, commented:

'Ron joined the Board shortly after the acquisition of Brunel Healthcare in January 2007, and has been a key driver in the growth in NeutraHealth's multiple retail channel.

Zulfi has been a source of wisdom and guidance since joining the Board in August 2007, and his advice has been invaluable.

On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank them both for everything that they have contributed to NeutraHealth's success, and offer them our sincere good wishes for the future.'
