Board Changes

Capital Pub Company plc appoints Nicholas Collins Finance Director, David Lees steps down as Non-Executive Director.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicholas Charles Elliot Collins as Finance Director with immediate effect.

Nicholas has been carrying out the role of Head of Finance since October 2008. Nicholas (aged 34) is a Chartered Accountant, having trained at Arthur Andersen, where he spent five years advising on mid-market corporate finance transactions. 

Prior to joining Capital Pub Company plc, Nicholas was Managing Director of Fuzzy's Grub which he grew from a start up to eight retail catering outlets situated in Central London.

As a result of Nicholas joining the Company in October 2008, the executive team has been strengthened and this will enable the Company to continue to build on its position in the London pub market.

David Lees, Non-Executive Director, will be stepping down with immediate effect to focus on his other Directorships.

AIM Rule 17 Disclosures

Nicholas was a director of Fuzzy's Grub Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries Fuzzy's Grub Crown Passage Limited and Fuzzy's Grub Limited. These businesses were placed in administration on 19 September 2008 and the trades have subsequently been sold as a going concern.

Nicholas is currently a Director of Dewey Consulting Limited. Nicholas has previously been a director of Farm Traders Limited and Rubbish London Limited.

Nicholas has confirmed that no further disclosures are required in relation to his appointment under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
