The Company was informed on 3 March 2009 of the following transactions:
On 3 March 2009, John Eccles, Commercial Director, sold 400,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 1.25p per share.
On 3 March 2009, John Eccles' wife, Jane Curley, sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 1.25p per share.
Subsequent to the two transactions noted above, on 3 March 2009, John Eccles purchased 900,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at 1.2556p.
The transactions noted above were effected for tax planning purposes.
Following the transactions, John Eccles is still interested in 2,287,382 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 3.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.
