DIRECTORATE CHANGE
GoldStone Resources Ltd ('GoldStone' or the 'Company') announces that Dr. Lawrie Minter, Director of Geology of GoldStone, resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 February 2009 for personal reasons.
Dr. Minter has indicated his willingness to continue assisting and advising the Company as an external consultant, in particular with reference to those projects which fall within his ambit of expertise, namely palaeoplacer sedimentology.
His valuable contribution to the Company's past exploration projects is greatly appreciated and the Company looks forward to drawing on his international expertise in the field of geology in the future.
Following Dr. Minter's resignation, the Board is satisfied that the combination of his future consulting services and the inputs of Dr. Hendrik Schloemann as Director of Exploration and New Business Development, will ensure a seamless continuation of all projects, existing or planned.
