Board Change

The Board of Herencia Resources plc announces the resignation of William (Bill) Adamson, a non executive director, who will be leaving the Company's Board with immediate effect.

Bill will retain his directorships at Herencia's Chilean subsidiary and at Herencia's joint venture companies and in that capacity will continue to assist the Company with its activities in South America.
