As part of the Placing announced on 10 February 2009 Simon Beart, Chief Executive, subscribed for 312,500 ordinary shares at the Placing Price of 8 pence. Following this acquisition Simon Beart holds 812,501 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.49% of the issued ordinary share capital in the Company.
