Total Voting Rights and Capital

Offshore Hydrocarbon Mapping plc announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 1 pence each of the company in issue as at the date of this notice is 43,369,382 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

The Company holds a total of 5,770 shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in OHM is, therefore 43,363,612.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, OHM, under the Disclosures and Transparency Rules.
