Notification of transactions of Directors and Connected Persons

The Company announces that Mr J A Cuthbert, Executive Director, has today purchased 50,000 ordinary 10p shares at 218.25p per share. As a result of this transaction, Mr Cuthbert and his connected persons are interested in 237,221 shares or 0.045% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company further announces that Mrs G F Green, wife of Mr C M Green, Executive Director, has today purchased 30,000 ordinary 10p shares at 218.50p per share. As a result of this transaction, Mr Green and his connected persons are interested in 157,679 shares or 0.030% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
