Exercise of Options

Application has been made for the admission of 212,906 shares of 1p each in the Company as a result of the exercise of options by employees under the InterQuest Group plc EMI Executive Share Option and Savings Related Share Option Plans. It is anticipated that these shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 4 March 2009.

The total number of voting Ordinary Shares in issue following this exercise of options will be 30,578,076 ordinary shares.
