The Company was notified on 24 February 2009 that Mrs Julie Ann Wragg is interested in 1,450,000 voting rights attaching to ordinary shares, representing 6.3 per cent. of the total voting rights attaching to shares in the capital of the Company.

The Company was also notified on the 24 February that Mr Steve Wragg no longer holds a notifiable interest in the share capital of the Company.
