Grant of Security over Shares

Nanette has been notified by Olimpia Real Estate Holdings Ltd. ('Olimpia'), (in which Oskar Kazanelson, the Company's CEO, serves as the Chairman of the Board and is also part of the controlling
group of Olimpia shareholders), that 55,853,079 of ordinary shares of Nanette, Euro 0.02 par value each, which are held by Olimpia, have been pledged by Olimpia as Security against bank loan made to Olimpia.

Olimpia holds 32.39% of the share capital of Nanette.
