                       Director's shareholding

The Company has received notification  on 24 February 2009 that  Paul
Rackham Limited, a company controlled  by Paul Rackham, the  chairman
of the  Company, has  bought  3,733,721 ordinary  shares of  5p  each
("Ordinary Shares") at 16.5p per share on 24 February 2009. Following
this transaction  the  Rackham  Family is  interested  in  22,858,721
Ordinary Shares representing 63.15 per  cent. of the Ordinary  Shares
in issue.
