                           Result of General Meeting                           

                  Cancellation of Admission to Trading on AIM                  

Copper Resources Corporation ("CRC") announces that, at the General Meeting
held today, the resolution to cancel the admission of CRC's common shares to
trading on AIM was unanimously passed by votes cast at the meeting.

It is expected that cancellation will take effect at 7am on 6 March 2009.
