Registration on the OTC Market Oslo

The Company announces that the Company has today completed the registration of its shares on the over-the-counter market in Oslo, Norway (the 'Oslo OTC Market'). The Company's ticker-code is 'MPOW'.

The Oslo OTC Market is not a stock exchange or a regulated market but a reporting system for distributing information to its members. The companies registered on the Oslo OTC Market are not subject to any regulation other than that required by statutory law. The Company has entered into an agreement with the Oslo OTC Market governing distribution of Company information through its electronic reporting system which will be in effect from 24 February 2009. As announced on 19 February 2009 the cancellation of the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM will become effective on 27 February 2009.
