The Company was notified on 23 February 2009 that Paul Williamson, an employee of the Company, sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares on 20 February 2009 at 1.25p per share and now has an interest in 8,481,979 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 4.5% of the issued share capital of the Company.
