EGM Circular Update

  

Further to the Company's announcement on 13 February 2009 when it stated that it would publish a circular no later than today, the Board would like to keep shareholders appraised that the Sale and Purchase Agreement ('SPA') continues to be finalised and that a circular is pending, however, it will not be posted today.

The Company will update shareholders when the SPA is completed and provide the circular in due course.
