This announcement seeks to clarify the announcement made by the Company on 22 September 2008 under RNS number 9600D.

At the date of the Shareholder Meeting on 19 September 2008, Enrico Pelligrini and Stefania Calzola stepped down as Non-Executive Directors of the Company. However, Enrico Pelligrino, together with Roberto Belli and Fabio Castellani, were appointed to the 'Collegio Sindacale'. The 'Collegio Sindacale'  provides independent corporate governance advice to the Company under Italian Law. It is vested with the power to supervise the Company's compliance with Italian law, and to evaluate the adequacy of internal control systems and its actual performance. For the avoidance of doubt the members of the 'Collegio Sindacale' are not Directors under Italian Law.

The Board of Teleunit is made up of Gianfranco Cimica (Chief Executive Officer), Francesco Cimica (Chief Operating Officer) and Silvio Arienti (Chief Financial Officer).
