Board Changes

 

Tricia Killen, the Group's Chief Executive has indicated to the Board that she wishes to leave the Group to pursue other interests.  The Board wishes to thank Tricia for her important contribution and wishes her well. 

Stephen Cook currently a non executive director, is appointed as the Group Chief Executive with immediate effect. Stephen was formerly Group Strategy Director and General Counsel at Telewest Communications and has more recently been acting as a consultant on multichannel retailing strategy.
