NOTICE OF EGM

The Board of Nature Technology Solutions Limited ('Nature' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce that has today posted a circular to Nature shareholders convening an Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM') of the Company ('Circular') for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following special resolutions, namely:

RESOLUTION 1

That the name of the Company be changed to Nature Group PLC.

RESOLUTION 2

That the Company's Articles of Association be amended in order to allow the Company to be able to pay a dividend.

RESOLUTION 3

That subject to sufficient funds being available, the Directors be authorised to purchase in the market up to 10 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

Notice is hereby given that the an Extraordinary General Meeting of Nature Technology Solutions Limited will be held at Ordnance House, 31 Pier Road, St Helier, Jersey at 3.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 18 March 2009.

Details of the proposals are contained in the Circular.

Copies of the Circular and the accompanying Form of Proxy will be available on the Company's website www.investnature.com and will be available free of charge, during normal business hours on any weekday (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excepted) at the Company's registered office from the date of this announcement until following conclusion of the EGM.
