Additional Listing

The Company has today made an application to London Stock Exchange plc for the admission to trading on AIM of 194,272 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'). These shares have been allotted to 15 employees following the exercise of share award options over 194,272 Ordinary Shares. Admission is expected to take place on 18 February 2009. Following the admission of these new Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will comprise 43,369,382 Ordinary Shares.
