London & Associated Properties PLC ("the Company")

On 12 February 2009 the Company 50,000 shares from Treasury to cover share
options exercised by the director listed below under the Company's Unapproved
Executive Share Option Scheme at 25.66 pence per share.

Director receiving shares and the director's new beneficial holding totals are

The Company now holds 4,609,465 shares in Treasury. For reporting purposes
