Directors' Dealings

The Company announces that it has received notification today from Jonathan Lander who is a director of the Company that today he transferred 50,000 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.0000001 each in the Company at a price of GBP 0.97 per Ordinary Share to his pension fund in the name of Pershing Nominees Ltd. Mr. Lander's beneficial interest in the Company has not changed.

Mr Lander has an interest in 550,037 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.0000001 each representing 9.69% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company. In addition, he holds 18,235 A Shares of GBP 0.49999995 each and 18,235 B Shares of GBP0.49999995 each in the capital of the Company. Neither of these classes of share capital is traded on AIM.
