                       Director's shareholding

The Company has received notification  on 11 February 2009 that  Paul
Rackham, the  chairman of  the Company,  has bought  37,500  ordinary
shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 15p per share on 6  February
2009. Following this transaction the Rackham Family is interested  in
19,125,000 Ordinary Shares representing 52.83 per cent. of the shares
in issue.
