Disclosure of Material Interest in Shares

Gable received notification on 10 February that, as a result of the purchase of 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ('Shares') at 4 pence per Share on 5 February 2009 and the purchase of 500,000 Shares at 4 pence on 6 February 2009, Helium Special Situations Fund is now interested in 22,565,000 Shares, representing 20.11 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
