Further to the announcement on 20 January 2009 which stated that Dale Mullins will leave the Group by mutual consent on 8 March 2009, Dale Mullins will today relinquish his roles as a statutory director of Group companies. Mr Mullins remains an employee of the Group until 8 March 2009.
