Issue of Options

Following the appointment of Michael Bohm as Managing Director of Herencia, and in accordance with the terms of his Employment Agreement, Herencia has today issued options (the 'Options') over 10,000,000 ordinary shares ('Ordinary Shares') of 0.1p each to Michael Bohm. 

The Options are exercisable at a price of 1p per share.

Following this issue of Options, Michael Bohm has an interest in options over 12,400,000 Ordinary Shares and a direct and indirect interest in 4,483,333 issued Ordinary Shares. This represents 0.74% of the total number of outstanding ordinary shares of the Company.
