SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC ('SRT' or the 'Company')

Board Changes

SRT announces that Richard Moon, Chairman of the Company will resign from the Board with effect from 28 February 2009. Nick Jolliffe, currently a Non Executive Director of the Company will replace Richard as Chairman.
