Directorate Change

The Board of IncaGold PLC, (the 'Company') announces the resignation of Richard Holmes as a director of the Company for personal reasons with immediate effect. 

Richard will continue to act as Chief Executive Officer of the Swiss trading subsidiary, IncaGold GmbH, the position he has held since the transfer of the computer games publishing business from IncaGold Plc to IncaGold GmbH on 1 February 2008. 

Trading Update

The principal scope of activity of IncaGold GmbH remains that of the publishing, under license, of mass-market computer games, entertainment and the like. Since the transfer, IncaGold GmbH has continued to trade in the licensed sales market utilising its electronic distribution network and now also acts as a commissioned agent for the resale of physical overstocks available on traditional CD-Rom and DVD formats. In addition, the management team has subsequently expanded their offerings to include the provision of consultancy services to developers and other smaller publishers. 

The Board is pleased to report that transfer of the business from the Company to IncaGold GmbH has been completed successfully with the IncaGold GmbH management team, led by Richard, reporting resilient performance ahead of management expectations, despite these volatile global market conditions.

The remaining board of IncaGold PLC congratulates the team at IncaGold GmbH for their successful take-on of the business since its transfer to them on 1 February 2008. The Annual Report and consolidated Accounts for IncaGold PLC for the period ending 31 December 2008 is in process and will be reported to the market in due course.
