Notice of EGM

Following the announcement made on 28 January 2009 regarding the proposed cancellation of the Company's admission to trading on AIM ('Cancellation') a notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM') has today been posted to shareholders together with a circular setting out other information. 

The EGM will be held at Karenslyst allé 9A, 3rd Floor, Skøyen, Norway at 1 p.m. (CET) / 12 p.m. (UK time) on 19 February 2009.

The Cancellation is conditional upon the approval of not less than 75 per cent. of the votes cast by shareholders (whether present in person or by form of direction) at the EGM of the Company. If approved, the Cancellation will be effective from 8 a.m. on Friday 27 February 2009.
