Directors' Dealings

Stagecoach Theatre Arts (AIM: STA) announces that the Company has issued 43,010
options ("the Options") over Stagecoach ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary
Shares") to each of Richard Dawson and Manzoor Ishani, directors of the Company,
on 29 January 2009.

The Options have an exercise price of 46.5 pence per Ordinary Share, being the
mid-market closing price on 29 January 2009.  The Options, which were issued
pursuant to the Company's Executive Management Incentive scheme, are subject to
Earnings per Share performance criteria and must be exercised or will lapse
within 10 years of the date of issue.

Following the grant of the Options, Mr Dawson and Mr Ishani having the following
interests in the Company:
