Biox Acquisition
Further to the announcement made on 2 October 2008, Bateman Engineering announces that it will not be completing the acquisition of the Biox technology business from the Gold Fields Group as some of the conditions precedent to completion were not fulfilled.
Bateman remains supportive of the Biox technology and will seek to work with Gold Fields' Biox Department on a case by case basis as opportunities arise.
