North River Resources plc announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') held on Friday 30th January 2009 all resolutions were duly passed.

Due to an administrative error the Notice of AGM did not include resolutions for the reappointment of Mr Glenn Whiddon and Mr Martin French. As a result Mr Glenn Whiddon and Mr Martin French ceased to be directors of the Company at the conclusion of the AGM.

Immediately following the AGM, at a board meeting, Mr Glenn Whiddon and Mr Martin French were reappointed directors of the Company.
