Publication of 2008 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

The Company has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September

2008 on its website and has submitted it to the UKLA.

Printed copies of the Annual Report and Accounts have been posted to shareholders together with a Notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at 10am on 26^th February 2009.
