Suspension of trading on AIM of MarineTrack

On 9 December 2008 the Company's shares were suspended from trading on AIM as they would not have been available by 31 December 2008. At the time, the Zyzygy directors were hoping that the Company's accounts would be available by the end of January 2009. The accounts are still not available although the Company hopes to issue a further statement next week.

The Company also announces that administrators have been appointed to MarineTrack Limited, the operating subsidiary of the Company's investee company, MarineTrack Holdings plc..
