Norish is pleased to announce that it has agreed a lease of a cold store at Leeds from Fullers Foods International plc.

The store has an area of 34,600 sq ft which provides a current capacity of 3,100 frozen pallet spaces. It is situated in the Leeds Market area, with easy access to the M1, M62 and A1.

The store has initially been leased at an initial rent of £15,000 per annum with an option to purchase within 12 months for £1m. It is expected that this site will generate in excess of £100,000 in 2009.
