Gable received notification on 29 January that, as a result of the purchase of 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ('Shares') at 4.25 pence per share on 28 January 2009, Helium Special Situations Fund is now interested in 21,565,000 Shares, representing 19.22 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
