Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM 

The Company has today published its Annual Report for the year ended 30 September 2008 on its website www.edp.co.uk and has submitted it to the UKLA. This will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at: The Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.

Printed copies of the accounts will be posted to shareholders in due course together with a Notice convening the Annual General Meeting for 12 noon on 17 March 2009.
