Result of AGM

The Board of Cape Diamonds Plc announces that at the Annual General Meeting held today resolutions 1 and 2 were duly passed.

The meeting was then adjourned, for up to 3 months or if earlier, pending the resolution of a dispute with certain shareholders, Resolution 3 and Special Resolution 4 will be considered and put to the vote at this re-convened Annual General Meeting.
