Results of General Meeting, Resignation of Director and Change of Registered Office

NextGen Group plc (the 'Company') announces that, at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, Shareholders passed all the resolutions, as detailed in the circular sent to shareholders dated 6 January 2008.

The Company also announces the resignation of Joerg Neermann as a non-executive director with immediate effect and would like to thank Dr Neermann for his efforts in relation to the Company.

The Company further announces that with immediate effect its registered office has changed to:
