RESULTS OF AGM and EGM

The Board of Croma, the AIM listed avionics, access security and installation systems, and asset protection specialist, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on the 28 January 2009, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed requiring a vote were duly passed by the meeting.
