                            Directors' Shareholding

Following notification today, the Company announces that Bryan Richard Galan,
Non Executive Director, yesterday purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the issued
share capital of Panther (the "Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.03 per cent.
of the voting share capital of the Company, at a price of 205 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Galan now holds a total 305,039 Ordinary Shares,
equivalent to 1.81 per cent. of the voting share capital.
