Dividend Timetable and Availability of Results

Availability of Interim Results and Dividend Timetable

Stagecoach Theatre Arts (AIM: STA) announces that a copy of the Company's
Interim Results for the six months ended 30 November 2008 is available on the
Company's website, www.stagecoach.co.uk.

Further, as announced today, the Board of Stagecoach Theatre Arts has proposed
an interim dividend of 0.5 pence per ordinary share.  Details of the dividend
payment timetable are set out below:
