The Company announces, following notification today, that on 22 January 2009 Dr
William Robb purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of
the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.97 per cent. of the voting
share capital. Dr Robb now holds a total of 6,750,000 Ordinary Shares,
equivalent to 6.59 per cent. of the voting share capital.
