The Company has today been notified that Mr Robert Parsons and Mrs Deborah Parsons purchased a further 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 27 January 2009. They therefore now hold an interest in 10,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company being 5.42% of the total issued share capital. The holding is in Fitel Nominees.
