Smith, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ('Shares') in the Company at an average price of 19.78p per share for his SIPP. Following this transaction Mr. Smith is interested in 300,000 shares, representing approximately 0.94% of the Company's issued share capital.
