The Company was notified today that on the 21 January 2009, Mr Kenneth Timmins ('Mr Timmins'), Director, purchased 16,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 60 pence per share. As a result of this transaction Mr Timmins is now interested in 17,775 Ordinary Shares representing 0.15% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The total number of voting shares in Cavanagh Group PLC is 11,597,047.
