Watford Leisure is pleased to announce the appointment of Giacomo ('Jimmy') Russo,  Vincenzo ('Vince')  Russo, Graham Taylor and Professor Stuart Timperley as Non-Executive Directors of the Company with immediate effect.

Jimmy and Vince Russo are founders and directors of Valley Grown Salads, a supplier of fresh produce to high street supermarkets. They have previously held appointments on the board of Watford Leisure during the period from March 2004 to May 2007.

Graham Taylor was manager of the Club during the period from February 1996 to June 2001, and was a member of the board for a period during 1998.

Professor Stuart Timperley is a director of Stuart Timperley Associates, a company which provides corporate and strategic advice.

Andy Wilson, Chairman, commented:

'I have invited Jimmy and Vince Russo to re-join the Board. I have also asked Graham Taylor and Stuart Timperley to become Directors of the Company. I am pleased to say that all of them have accepted these invitations.'
